This really elaborate oil on canvas was done in 1999. It is a narrow but long painting which is symmetrically conceived. It has a lot of things going on inside of it. It has arches and eyes and mountains that rise. A thinker on the side and religiously based ties. It was painted in a 12' x 20' studio that was built by my hands in 1998. Half of the studio was used for painting while the other half was used for metal sculpting. This oil has very concise lines and is almost architecturally design. Hello! I'm Timothy Foley and I'm a contemporary fine visual artist who has been painting oils, acrylics and doing drawings for over the past 29 years. It has been an exciting adventure and humbling to be able to create as prolifically as the way I do. I attended college up in the white mountains of New Hampshire, while studying at Plymouth State University. I majored in Biology, Fine Arts & Art History with a minor in Psychology.
