This original acrylic painting on canvas was started last evening. It is called The Gated Closed Door in the Garden because of the imagery of floral tones and the scenic nature of the landscape. It is a very color little impressionist styled piece. With brightly lit hues of voluptuous flowers it was a fun acrylic piece of fine art to do.

Hello! I'm Timothy Foley and I'm a contemporary fine visual artist who has been painting oils, acrylics and doing drawings for over the past 29 years. It has been an exciting adventure and humbling to be able to create as prolifically as the way I do. I attended college up in the white mountains of New Hampshire, while studying at Plymouth State University. I majored in Biology, Fine Arts & Art History with a minor in Psychology.
